UF's Callaway, Harris remain in limbo

DESTIN — Florida coach Jim McElwain reported good news on three key injured players Tuesday, but had no new news on UF’s two suspended players, wide receivers Antonio Callaway and Treon Harris.

Callaway and Harris remain in limbo, McElwain said.

“Yeah, same deal,” he said.

McElwain was asked if Callaway is currently enrolled in the Summer A semester.

“No. Not right now,” he said.

When asked if he’d seen or talked to Callaway recently, McElwain said, “That’s being handled.”

Callaway and Harris have been suspended since January for a possible student conduct code violation.
