Florida junior cornerback Jalen Tabor could’ve been dwarfed by the signs, the buildings and the general splendor that is Times Square on his recent one-man media tour of New York. Instead, he smiled and said, “This is a perfect city for me.”
Tabor was streaming live on the social media app Periscope so fans from across the nation could follow along as he took in the Big Apple, watching as he continued to turn around and around in Times Square, determined not to miss a thing. And while he could’ve gotten lost amongst it all, he instead stood out, as he generally does, the perpetual grin that seems to stay on Tabor’s face a bit bigger than normal and cameras clicking away around him further proving that Jalen Tabor rarely is overshadowed.
