The Florida Gators landed its second commitment for the class of 2016 and the third of the night on Friday night when center Brett Heggie (6-4, 304, Mount Dora, FL High) committed to the Gators over Mississippi State and others.
Heggie is the 16th commitment in the class of 2016 and joined cornerback Quincy Lenton, who committed before camp started.
“I just felt most comfortable here at Florida,” Heggie said on why he committed to Florida. “Not only with the campus and the university but also with the coaching staff. Florida is a special place to be.
