Gators' guard Travaris Dorsey, receiver C.J. Worton suffer leg injuries

The Florida Gators' first day in full pads during preseason camp ended with injuries to two key back-ups, guard Travaris Dorsey and wide receiver C.J. Worton.

Coach Jim McElwain said each player suffered a leg injury but did not offer specifics when he addressed the media moments after practice.

"Injury-wise, took a little bit of a blow today," McElwain said.

UF's first-year coach said before he could not offer a timetable for the return of either player until Dorsey and Worton are evaluated to determine the severity of their injuries.

McElwain said defensive end Alex McCalister was limited by tightness in one of his hamstrings.
