A College World Series title means it’s celebration time in Gainesville, and current – and former – Gators football stars are joining in the fun.
Florida defeated LSU 6-1 in last night’s College World Series final in Omaha, bringing the Gators their first baseball championship to go with their three in football and two in men’s basketball.
The school became just the seventh program, and the first ever in the SEC, to capture championships in all three.
