Former Florida cornerback Teez Tabor posted a disappointing 4.62 second official 40-yard dash time on Monday at the NFL Scouting Combine. This was to go along with only nine reps of 225-pounds in the bench press on Sunday.
Tabor could have hurt his draft stock with the poor showing in Indianapolis.
NFL.com draft analyst Lance Zierlein is one man who is not surprised by Tabor’s poor result. Zierlein said that he did not believe that Tabor would post a fast time when he joined Cole Cubelic on “The Cube Show” in late January.
“I think Teez Tabor falls into the fourth range (of his position rankings),” Zierlein said.
