The Clearwater, Fla. native flipped his commitment from North Carolina to Florida Sunday, joining three-star outside linebacker James Houston who also committed this weekend.
Lemons also has offers from Auburn, Kentucky, LSU, Mississippi State, Missouri, South Carolina and Tennessee.
