LAKELAND — It's hard to miss Mike and Maurkice Pouncey.
If you saw one of the towering 300-pound twins walking around Bryant Stadium during their annual football and cheer camp last Saturday, there's a good chance you saw the other somewhere nearby. Dressed in matching orange T-shirts, the former Lakeland High School stars walk about the camp with smiles on their faces and an inability to decline a photo or autograph request.
The Pouncey twins are NFL stars — Pro Bowl offensive lineman with $40-plus million contracts — but the process of becoming role models to Lakeland's youth has required some personal growth.
