FC Dallas has finalized a trade with Orlando City to exchange spots in the MLS Allocation Order. FC Dallas sends the #1 Allocation ranking they received in the Walker Zimmerman trade to Orlando in exchange for the #6 ranking and $400,000 in Targeted Allocation money.
Through a bit of math, that means, in the end, FCD exchanged Walker Zimmerman for a combined $900k of Allocation money ($250k of General Allocation money and $650 in Targeted Allocation money) and moved up to the #6 ranking from #11.
