FC Dallas today made official what had been rumored and reported as eminent for several weeks; the signing of Harold Santiago Mosquera from Colombian first division side, Millonarios FC.
Mosquera will be added to the FC Dallas roster as a Young Designated Player pending receipt of his International Transfer Certificate (ITC) and P-1 Visa. He will occupy an international spot.
Mosquera is a versatile attacking midfielder who defends as well. He can play either wing or centrally as a 10. Given the presence of Mauro Diaz and Michael Barrios in the FCD side, Mosquera will likely appear on the left wing for the most part.
