After a week of play across the MetroPlex, both the Generation adidas Cup and Dallas Cup tournaments are over for another year. The two tournaments culminated in mostly positive and joyous outcomes for the FC Dallas Academy teams who continued their recent run of success across different age levels in these prestigious competitions. A review of how each of the teams fared below.
U12: Group stage exit
GS: Strikers FC BTB Soccer Academy (W 5-0)
GS: FC Dinastia (W 0-1)
GS: McAllen Rayados (L 1-0)
The U12s were the only FCD Academy team that failed to progress beyond the group phase of their respective age level.
