Major League Soccer released the list of player available in the 2016 Expansion Draft that takes place tomorrow (Decemeber 13) at 1 PM CT. The draft will be held live on MLSSoccer.com. Atlanta United FC and Minnesota United FC will be the two teams picking 5 players each.
Opinion side note: letting Minnesota keep their long running United name is awesome, letting Atlanta also be United... lame.
Each MLS team is allowed to protect 11 players from their 2016 roster. Generation adidas players (who did not graduate at the end of the 2016 season) and Homegrown Players on a club's off-budget roster are automatically protected and do not count against a team's 11 protected roster spots.
