Baltimore Ravens tight end is no longer wearing his yellow non-contact jersey in practice. He could be trending toward playing Week 1 after dealing with a myriad of injuries, most notably a tweaked hamstring. He is projected to be a backup to Crockett Gillmore and could even be competing with fellow rookie Nick Boyle for snaps.
Fantasy Analysis:
Maxx Williams' skillset simply does not translate immediately to the NFL. That's not to say he won't develop into a solid option, it's just going to take some time. Do not expect or depend on him to be a viable option this season.
