Atlanta Falcons wide receiver Julio Jones has agreed to a five-year extension with the team. The deal is reportedly worth $71.25 million with $47 million guaranteed. Jones has separated himself as the clear WR1 in Atlanta. A.J. Green is next up for a big extension.
Fantasy Analysis:
This was expected. There was never any real doubt that a deal would get done. There was no way the Falcons were going to let Jones walk. He's currently being drafted as the WR3. He is well worth his ADP and it wouldn't be shocking to see him finish as high as the top fantasy wideout.
