Chargers quarterback Philip Rivers has agreed to a four-year extension with the team. The deal is worth about $84 million. The deal includes a whopping $65 million in guarantees. This locks Rivers in as the Chargers QB through 2019.
Fantasy Analysis:
It's good to see this deal get done. It would have been a strange sight to see Rivers under center for another team. Rivers is a proven fantasy asset with a high floor. He's currently being drafted as the QB14. He is more than capable of outperforming his ADP and most likely will.
