According to Bob Condotta of The Seattle Times, Thomas Rawls appears to be the Seattle Seahawks’ clear No. 1 running back ahead of Eddie Lacy and C.J. Prosise.

Rawls is definitely Seattle’s most proven running back considering he is entering his third season with the team. As Rotoworld pointed out, Lacy is both getting acclimated to a new team and coming off ankle surgery.
This is a situation to monitor throughout the preseason, as Prosise was once considered to compete for the starting spot, and Lacy could continue to get healthier and acclimate even more.
