2015 Fantasy Football Preview: Oakland Raiders

Believe it or not, I actually like the way the Oakland Raiders are rebuilding. They've got young talent at several key places, especially on offense. A few of those players might even be ready to make an impact on your Fantasy Football team.

Quarterback:

Derek Carr

I think Carr has potential, but he's not worth taking yet.

Running Back:

Latavius Murray

A high-risk, high-reward pick. Murray flashed potential in limited time last year. However, he was hurt for most of the year and has never proven himself for full season. He's worth drafting as a low-end RB2, but know he could played like an RB1 or get hurt again.

Trent Richardson

This is likely Richardson's last chance. I don't have my hopes up for him. Maybe he can develop into a TD vulture.

Roy Helu

Believe it or not, Helu was 38th among fantasy RBs last season. Still, he's more of a third down back.

Wide Receiver:

Amari Cooper

He's already Oakland's best weapon and he hasn't even played a down. Draft him as a flex and hope he clicks with Carr quickly. He could play like a WR2 early.

Michael Crabtree

Maybe he finally stays healthy and puts together a decent fantasy season.

Tight End:

Mychal Rivera

Maybe someday in the future Rivera will be a worthy fantasy TE, but he's not worth drafting yet.
