Hannah Cain hopes to overcome recent niggles and help Everton Ladies fulfil a “massively exciting future”.
The forward was forced off through injury to her ankle in the Blue Girls’ most recent outing against Chelsea and has had to overcome other minor injuries as she adapts to the demands of full-time professional football.
But the ex-Sheffield FC youngster is looking forward to returning to action sooner rather than later.
“Luckily the injury wasn’t as serious as first feared,” she said. “There is no break and after the scan we knew what we were dealing with so we could plan rehab accordingly.
