The Blues and Rovio Entertainment have joined forces on a new animated Angry Birds series featuring Everton stars Cenk Tosun, Dominic Calvert-Lewin, Tom Davies and Wayne Rooney as well as social media phenomenon, Tekkerz Kid.
Starting on Saturday, June 9, with new episodes airing every Wednesday and Saturday for five weeks, the ‘Angry Birds: BirLd Cup’ will air exclusively on YouTube during this summer’s World Cup tournament in Russia.
The family-oriented live-action and animated hybrid series aims to bring parents and children together during one of the most watched sporting events on the planet.
