The Edmonton Oilers have not had a good season in the past nine years. Why haven’t they been able to shake it off? Well, a lot of it is due to poor coaching and poor defense. We have McDavid, who will surely help boost the team a lot, as well as Cam Talbot to finally improve the goaltending, but let’s be honest: the Oilers season will rely on the defense.
