YPSILANTI, Mich. (EMUEagles.com) - The Eastern Michigan University women's basketball team closes out the calendar year with its non-conference finale against Northwood University Sunday, Dec. 30, inside the Convocation Center. Tipoff is scheduled for 2 p.m.
Eastern Michigan (6-4) looks to return to its winning ways after dropping a pair of games at the West Palm Invitational, Dec. 20-21. EMU came up short against UNC Greensboro, 49-44, Dec. 20, before its comeback bid was thwarted by Butler University, 73-63, Dec. 21. Returning to action for the first time since beating Malone University, 79-61, Dec. 19, Northwood travels to the Convo with a 4-7 record on the year.
