SAN JUAN, Puerto Rico (EMUEagles.com) — The Eastern Michigan University basketball team saw two seniors drafted into the Baloncesto Superior Nacional, Puerto Rico's professional league today, March 1. Monty Scott (Union, N.J.-Saint Benedicts Prep (Portland State)) was selected in the second round, 14th overall, by the Gigantes de Carolina, while Darion Spottsville (Phoenix, Ariz.-Shadow Mountain (South Mountain C.C.)) was picked in the same round, 17th overall, by the Grises de Humacao.
The draw was held at Studio 1 of Telemundo Puerto Rico and was attended by representatives of the 12 participating teams in the BSN.
