OTTAWA, Ontario (EMUEagles.com) – Former Eastern Michigan University football offensive lineman Jeremy Hickey has signed with the Canadian Football League's Ottawa REDBLACKS, the team announced today, April 20. Hickey, a 2018 EMU graduate, is set to join fellow former Eagle, Vincent Calhoun, who was announced as a REDBLACKS signee yesterday, April 19.
A 2018 Academic All-MAC selection, Hickey started all 13 games for the Green and White during his senior campaign, earning a 3.20 GPA as a social studies and history major. Named a candidate for the Allstate AFCA Good Works Team and the Wuerffel Trophy, the Bloomfield Hills, Mich.
