YPSILANTI, Mich. (EMUEagles.com) – The Eastern Michigan University tennis team picked up its third-straight win Friday afternoon, March 24, when it defeated Bowling Green State University at the Chippewa Racquet Club. The Eagles (6-9, 1-0 MAC) received a free point by default at No. 6 singles, but still took away a 6-1 decision over the Falcons (4-9, 0-1 MAC).
"We played well today," remarked Head Coach Ryan Ray. "BG has some young, talented players. We are getting competitive balance throughout the lineup and that is what it takes to be successful. Consistency moving forward is the key.
