The Eastern Michigan athletic department is hosting an event at the Convocation Center for students to get excited for the EMU basketball teams’ season called “Crash the Convo” on Tuesday, Nov 1.
This will be the first time Eastern Michigan will host pep rally for students that will feature both of the Eagles’ men’s and women’s basketball teams. The event will have a scrimmage by the men’s basketball team, a skills competition for both teams and a dunk contest. There will also be a special performance by the EMU dance team and cheerleading squad. EMU Credit Union will also be providing free food for students that attend.
