Yoga benefits those stuck at home

Life can be stressful. Everyday can pose a new challenge, and with the sudden uprise of the COVID-19 virus, it has not gotten any better. The virus has caused a global panic as countries are shutting down and urging people to stay confined within their homes. COVID-19 has affected jobs, schools, and caused many businesses to close its doors to the public.

Being stuck at home has caused a severe amount of change in people’s daily schedule. Time spent at the gym or in a yoga studio has been reduced to almost nothing with the closing of many facilities.
