Recruiting Roundup: Updated Class of 2016

IES updates the latest commitments of the class of 2016 and looks forward to spotlight the recruits who have ECU high on their lists and could commit at any time.

Entering the month of July East Carolina had put together a solid class of 2016, which held eight verbal commits. Within the first 25 days of July the class had added three new members and lost one wide receiver. The first commit of July came when cornerback Keyshawn Canady committed to the Pirates. According to Scout.com, Canady is ranked as the third best corner in the state and sits at 42 in the entire country.
