ECU finished the 54-hole tournament at the Blackthorn Club at the Ridges, with a 4-over-par 868, recording rounds of 293, 285 and 290.
Seniors Wes Conover, Al Dickens and Jacob Hicks led the team by all recording a sub-par round in the tournament.
Conover recorded a 4-under 68 in the final round of the tournament to finish T-17 with a 2-under 214.
Dickens and Hicks both recorded 3-under 69 rounds in the second round of the tournament. Dickens finished T-21 with an even-par 216, while Hicks finished T-24 with a 1-over par 217.
Jackson Spires recorded his best round of the tournament in round three with an even-par 72 and finished the tournament T-39 with a 5-over 221.
