DES MOINES, Iowa – Drake Athletics and the Drake Athletic Ticket Office have announced a partnership with Zipwhip, a Seattle-based company that text-enables the ticket office phones and will allow Drake fans an exciting way to connect with the ticket office and the Bulldogs.
Through conversational texting, fans can inquire about ticket sales, renewals, and provide customer feedback directly to the team's service department. Drake University is the latest team to join their roster of sports clients that includes teams in the NFL, NBA, NHL, MLS, and NCAA. This partnership will allow the Drake Athletics Ticket Office to connect with fans in a new, convenient way while improving customer service efforts at the same time.
