CORAL SPRINGS, Fla. – Drake women's golfers Madison Glennie and Sigurlaug Jonsdottir were nameded to the Women's Golf Coaches Association (WGCA) All-American Scholar Team for their effort in the classroom.
Glennie a junior from Clearwater, Fla. maintains a perfect 4.0 grade point average in English and law, politics and society to receive her third WGCA honor, while Jonsdottir also holds a perfect GPA in math and chemistry to earn the award.
Glennie capped off the 2017 season with a 17th-place finish at the MVC Championship to earn her second-straight top-18 flag honor and finished the year with a 78.
