FALCON HEIGHTS, Minn. – Racing against strong competition and following two weeks of hard training, the Drake University cross country team turned in strong performances at the Oz Memorial on Friday, Sept. 9, evening.
"We were a little short-handed tonight but really had some great efforts on a tough course against some top competition," said Drake head coach Dan Hostager. "There were some strong efforts across the board we and even ended up with a few personal bests despite the tough course conditions."
The Bulldogs faced competitors from Wisconsin, Minnesota and South Dakota State.
