The Detroit Tigers, fresh off a three-game sweep over the Boston Red Sox at Fenway Park, begin a three-game series against the Houston Astros on Friday night at Comerica Park.
The Tigers had today off and will get another day off Monday before hosting the Chicago White Sox in a three-game series.
Tigers manager Brad Ausmus said he’ll announce on Friday who will start the first game of the series against the White Sox. He said after Wednesday’s 4-3 win that he hadn’t decided if rookie Michael Fulmer would make his next start Wednesday or Thursday.
