Tigers' late rally fizzles, skid reaches four

– All for naught.

Melky Cabrera led off the 10th inning with a solo home run to left field off reliever Justin Wilson, trumping the Tigers' ninth-inning heroics and sending the White Sox to a 6-4 win on Saturday.

It’s four straight losses now for the Tigers, who fall below .500 for the first time this season. It also marks the first home series loss to the White Sox since July 2014.

BOX SCORE: White Sox 6, Tigers 4 (10 inn.)

The Tigers hadn't laid a glove on the White Sox bullpen in six innings in this series (one hit, eight strikeouts).
