Tigers’ Jordan Zimmermann throws 4 scoreless innings in rehab start for Mud Hens

Jordan Zimmermann threw four scoreless innings in a rehab start, but Thad Weber and the bullpen could not make an early 2-0 Mud Hens lead stand up. Zimmermann threw 50 pitches in the outing, allowed four hits, and struck out two. Steven Moya hit a game-tying solo home run in the top of the ninth inning, but reliever Preston Guilmet allowed a run after an L.J. Hoes triple in the bottom of the 10th.
