The Hens have stumbled out of the break, going 4-of-7, but retain a slim half game lead over the Indianapolis Indians in the West Division. Toledo sits 53-46 and head to Durham for three starting Tuesday night. Artie Lewicki goes for the Hens, while Austin Pruitt starts for Durham.
A.J. Ladwig tossed an excellent game on Monday night, and the offense built enough of a margin to stave off the Squirrels despite some relief issues. Isaac Paredes played shortstop on Monday, and still has the hot hand at the plate, scoring two runs and driving in two as well.
