Detroit Tigers players recently lost to the New York Yankees in a Spring Training contest on Tuesday.
While there weren’t many standouts to speak of, Detroit was able to get plenty of young players into the game.
Daniel Norris started for Detroit, while Adam Ravenelle, Jairo Labourt and Bruce Rondon also threw.
Elsewhere, Dixon Machado, Dominic Ficociello, Mike Gerber, A.J. Simcox and Grayson Greiner entered as defensive substitutes.
Of the group, Machado and Ficociello were two of the standouts.
