Now that the Detroit Red Wings have made their view of Petr Mrazek clear, the best that could happen is Vegas takes him off their hands.
Golden Knights general manager George McPhee is spending today finalizing his expansion draft picks, which are slated to be announced over four segments during Wednesday's NHL awards show.
The Wings exposed Mrazek along with veterans such as forwards Riley Sheahan, Darren Helm, Luke Glendening and defenseman Xavier Ouellet. General manager Ken Holland declined to comment on the choices until after the draft.
