Guests to Van Andel Arena in Grand Rapids can expect plenty of delicious food options at Griffins games and concerts in the coming months, thanks to the work of the downtown arena’s culinary team.
Food offerings will be available at a variety of locations around the arena including private, catered events, suites, the Intermission restaurant and various concessions. Some of the items will be unveiled for the Thomas Rhett concert on Oct. 6. Others will be featured at different points throughout the year.
"I like to showcase something different," Executive Chef Maurice Cordova said.
