Seeing double

DETROIT -- Since the 2000-01 season, the Red Wings have seen plenty of the Sedin twins.

That was the year that Henrik and Daniel Sedin debuted for the Vancouver Canucks and became mainstays in the lineup.

The Red Wings selected Henrik Zetterberg in the same draft, the 1999 NHL Entry Draft, as the Sedins.

Of course, the Sedins went second and third overall while Zetterberg lasted until the 210th pick.

Henrik Sedin left Thursday night's game in Philadelphia with a lower-body injury, putting his status in doubt.

Daniel Sedin can play center, according to Zetterberg.
