When it comes to customer service satisfaction amongst NHL teams for season ticket holders, no squad ranks better than the Detroit Red Wings. The team was recently ranked as the top overall professional hockey team when it came to that aspect, according to the Red Wings NHL site. That’s good news for the team which will leave its longtime arena after the 2016-17 campaign.
The President and CEO of Olympia Entertainment Tom Wilson praised the hard work of the entire staff. Wilson added, “Every staff member, including our ushers, concession staff, security personnel, guest service representatives, volunteers and full-time employees, play a part in making the game-night experience memorable.
