To say that Pavel Datsyuk is one of the most talented and respected players in the National Hockey League isn’t breaking news by any means. And to say that Datsyuk’s presence on the ice makes the Detroit Red Wings a better hockey team would be an obvious understatement.
Just ask Detroit Red Wings captain Henrik Zetterberg. Zetterberg recently and perfectly summed up the positive impact Pavel Datsyuk has on the rest of the team:
