Pistons sign Landry Nnoko to their second two-way contract

The Detroit Pistons are another step closer to constructing their training camp roster after signing center Landry Nnoko to a two-way contract late Wednesday night.

Nnoko is the Pistons’ second two-way contract signing after adding Luis Montero a week ago. The two-way contract is a feature newly added to the NBA’s collective bargaining agreement, designed to facilitate player movement between the NBA and the G-League (formerly the NBA D-League).

A player on a two-way contract can spend up to 45 in-season days with an NBA team, while getting paid at a league-minimum salary.
