SLAM DUNK – With each passing day, the Pistons are feeling better and better about their future at the two wing positions. Kentavious Caldwell-Pope drained his first six 3-point shots and finished with 22 points in 26 minutes and Stanley Johnson showed the breadth of his skills with a 26-point debut as the Pistons fell to Indiana in their preseason opener. With the Pistons shorthanded at point guard, Johnson opened the second half running the position and led the Pistons to a 39-point quarter to erase a seven-point halftime deficit.
