ESPN announced their win projections this week for the Eastern and Western Conferences in their ninth annual summer forecast, and their early returns on the Detroit Pistons are less than impressive. Needless to say, ESPN is less than impressed with the Pistons’ offseason additions.
ESPN projects the Pistons at 45 wins, just a one-win increase over last season’s 44-38 win record. In their own words:
