The Denver Broncos claimed running back Justin Forsett on waivers Monday, a source told ESPN's Adam Schefter.
The move reunites Forsett with Broncos coach Gary Kubiak, who was the Baltimore Ravens offensive coordinator enjoyed his best NFL season, rushing for 1,266 yards and eight touchdowns to earn the only Pro Bowl selection of his career.
The 31-year-old Forsett will provide needed depth for the Broncos after Kapri Bibbs suffered an ankle injury in Sunday's 20-10 victory over the Jacksonville Jaguars, putting him availability for Week 14 in question.
