Indianapolis – Quarterback Kevin Hogan and Lions second-year cornerback Alex Carter were teammates at Stanford for three seasons.
Hogan recently ran into Carter while training at Westlake Village in Southern California. He says Carter has a “fire lit under him” after losing his rookie season to injury.
“Oh, he’s going to be better than the last time you guys saw him,” Hogan told ESPN.com at the Combine. “He’s been working all offseason. He’s stronger. He’s been taking care of his body. He has a fire lit under him from sitting out that time.
