This is the way Lance Moore wants it. In fact, the Lions receiver doesn’t want any attention at all for his low-key, under-the-radar visit on Christmas Eve to the Capuchin Soup Kitchen in Detroit.
While discussing his planned visit this week, Moore politely told a reporter several times that he did not want any media presence during his visit.
“We don’t do it for people to know about it,” Moore said. “We do it because we’re doing it out of the kindness of our hearts and we actually, genuinely care about it.
