Lions’ Calvin Johnson will play, Lewis, Lucas out

Green Bay, Wis. — Lions wide receiver Calvin Johnson will indeed play Sunday against the Packers despite an ankle injury, but there are some surprises on the team’s inactive list for the 1 p.m. game at Lambeau Field.

Linebacker Travis Lewis (groin) is inactive even though the Lions listed him as probable, and offensive tackle Cornelius Lucas is a healthy scratch for the first time this season.

Meanwhile, Packers running back Eddie Lacy (groin) is inactive. Lacy was Green Bay’s top back the past two seasons, but James Starks replaced him as the starter before the injury.
