Calvin Johnson has been the best receiver on the planet for some time now. Despite the fact that he’ll turn 30 years old this fall, he believes he’ll continue to be just as productive moving forward.
“What did I miss? Four, maybe five games last year and still came up with just over 1,000 (yards),” Johnson said after the final minicamp practice last month. “I still have some production left.”
For the first time since his rookie season in 2007, Johnson didn’t lead the Lions in receptions or receiving yards last season.
