INACTIVES: Lions at Bears

As expected, the Lions will be without starting defensive end Jason Jones in Chicago for their division matchup with the Bears. He’s inactive and will not play.

Jones injured his neck in the first half of last week’s win over San Francisco and did not return to the game. He sat out practice all week and was listed as doubtful on Friday’s injury report.

Veteran Darryl Tapp will get the start opposite Ziggy Ansah, but third-year defensive end Devin Taylor, who has three sacks over his last four games, will get plenty of run on the edge as well.
